Christopher brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, property development and luxury real estate, with expertise spanning the full development lifecycle from acquisition and funding through to planning, delivery and sales.
After holding senior roles with global financial institutions including ANZ, Merrill Lynch and UBS, he joined Lechte Corporation in 2004, helping drive the delivery of more than 2,000 apartments, townhouses and residential land lots, and projects with a combined value exceeding $2 billion.
Renowned for his commercial acumen and strategic market insight, Christopher has secured more than $500 million in institutional and international development funding while building strong relationships across the development, investment and finance sectors.
At Christie’s International Real Estate Victoria, Christopher specialises in premium and ultra-premium residential developments and prestige property sales, combining financial expertise, development experience and market knowledge to maximise value for clients and investors.
